- Develop and implement strategies for conservation and sustainable use of natural resources in the state.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform natural resource policy decisions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups, to develop and implement natural resource management plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of natural resource management programs and policies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on natural resource issues to internal and external partners.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in natural resource management to inform decision-making.

- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to natural resource management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve natural resource management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Or Forestry.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Natural Resource Management Role, Preferably In A Government Agency.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Natural Resource Management, Including Environmental Protection And Land Use.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Implementation Of Natural Resource Projects.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders And Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
