We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of natural resources management and ability to coordinate and oversee activities related to conservation and protection of Oregon's natural resources.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Management, Ecology, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in natural resources management. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.If you are an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with the commitment to help protect Oregon's natural resources, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and coordinate natural resources management plans, policies, and programs.
  2. Monitor and assess natural resources conditions and activities in Oregon.
  3. Collaborate with other agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to develop efficient and effective natural resources management strategies.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to protect and conserve Oregon's natural resources.
  5. Oversee the implementation of natural resources management plans and activities.
  6. Prepare and review documents related to natural resources management, such as permit applications, reports, and legislation.
  7. Provide technical assistance to other agencies and organizations in natural resources management.
  8. Monitor and evaluate natural resources management programs and activities.
  9. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss natural resources management issues.
  10. Research and analyze data to inform natural resources management decisions.
