- Conduct laboratory experiments and tests under the direction of senior staff.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise results.
- Prepare samples for testing and record and analyze data.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and discuss results.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures and protocols.
- Stay updated on current materials science research and industry trends.
- Present findings and results to team members and other stakeholders.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
- Document all experimental procedures and results accurately and thoroughly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve skills and knowledge in materials science and laboratory techniques.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and data.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to laboratory work.
Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Equipment Used In Materials Testing And Analysis.
Familiarity With Safety Protocols And Procedures In A Laboratory Setting.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
