  1. Develop and implement professional development programs for employees that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization.
  3. Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and methods.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content and materials for training programs.
  5. Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
  6. Evaluate the success of training programs through feedback and data analysis, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  7. Manage and maintain the learning management system, ensuring all training materials and records are accurate and up to date.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve and enhance the organization's learning offerings.
  9. Partner with managers and supervisors to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership and career development opportunities.
  10. Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking professional development opportunities and support.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and inclusive learning and development culture within the organization.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's mission, values, and goals to ensure training programs align with the overall vision.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to learning and development.
  14. Act as an ambassador for the organization's learning and development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques

  • Strong Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage Diverse Audiences

  • Proficiency In Learning Management Systems And Other Training Software/Tools
