- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during project development or customer interactions.

- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in IT project management and customer service.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote IT projects and customer service initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.
Knowledge And Experience In Customer Service Strategies And Techniques, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
