  1. Develop and implement effective IT project management strategies to ensure successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  2. Oversee a team of IT professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  3. Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization by setting high standards for customer service and providing training and guidance to staff.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate project updates and address any concerns.
  6. Collaborate with other department heads to identify opportunities for integrating technology into customer service processes.
  7. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to IT project management and customer service.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the user experience and customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  11. Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during project development or customer interactions.
  12. Make strategic decisions to allocate resources and prioritize projects based on organizational goals and objectives.
  13. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in IT project management and customer service.
  14. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote IT projects and customer service initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Customer Service Strategies And Techniques, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
