- Lead and mentor a team of project members and ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.

- Represent the state of Oregon and the technology department in a professional and knowledgeable manner at various meetings, conferences, and events.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In It Is Essential For An It Project Manager Position At The State Of Oregon. A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Manage Complex It Projects.
Project Management Certification: Certification In Project Management, Such As Pmp (Project Management Professional) Or Prince2, Is Highly Desirable For An It Project Manager Role In The State Of Oregon. This Demonstrates A Candidate's Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies, Processes, And Best Practices.
