  1. Manage and maintain the state's information systems to ensure their efficiency and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with the systems.
  3. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and implement new technologies to improve system performance.
  4. Monitor system usage and performance, and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, guides, and training materials.
  6. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the state's systems remain current and competitive.
  8. Implement security protocols and measures to protect the state's information systems from potential threats.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  10. Participate in meetings and collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to information systems management.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any technology-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
  14. Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to information systems management.
  15. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their timely completion within budget and scope.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Information Systems, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Database Management, Network Security, And System Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Information Systems And Data Privacy.
