13. Support the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote equity and inclusivity within the department.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve inclusion practices based on feedback, data, and emerging trends.
