- Stay updated on relevant state and federal regulations and ensure policies comply with all applicable laws.
- Continuously seek ways to improve policies and processes to drive meaningful change and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of policy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Represent the state of Oregon at conferences, events, and meetings related to economic and fiscal policies.
- Mentor and train junior policy analysts and provide guidance on policy development best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Policy, Economics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Policy Analysis Or Program Evaluation.
Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Incentive Programs And Regulations.
Experience Working With Diverse Stakeholders And Conducting Outreach And Engagement.
Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Recommendations.
