  3. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to coordinate services and ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, including documentation of client progress and any changes in their circumstances.
  5. Advocate for clients and their rights, ensuring that they receive fair and equitable treatment from all service providers.
  6. Stay informed about current policies and procedures related to the field of human services, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using both written and verbal communication methods.
  8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of human services.
  9. Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, and cultural competence when working with diverse populations.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging or high-pressure situations.
  11. Uphold the values and mission of the State of Oregon, including a commitment to social justice and equity.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve services to ensure the highest level of quality and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in team meetings and discussions, offering insights and suggestions for improving service delivery.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or higher-level staff members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Human Services Related Role, Preferably With Government Or Non-Profit Organizations.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Social Services And Human Services Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.

  • Proficiency In Computer Applications And Data Management Systems Used In Human Services, Such As Case Management Software And Microsoft Office.
