
Fingerprint Technician

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Fingerprint Technician At State Of Oregon Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Degree.
Experience In Fingerprinting Procedures: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working With Fingerprinting Equipment And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Fingerprint Database Systems: Familiarity With Afis (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) Or Similar Fingerprint Databases Is Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: As A Fingerprint Technician, One Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Capture And Process Fingerprints.
Strong Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Law Enforcement Agencies, Applicants, And Other Stakeholders, Making Strong Communication Skills A Must-Have Qualification.
