  1. Provide technical support to all employees of the organization.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and other peripherals.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  4. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
  7. Train employees on how to use new hardware and software.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
  9. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to all employees, ensuring their technology needs are met.
  11. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all company data and information.
  12. Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
  13. Communicate effectively with non-technical staff to explain technical concepts and solutions.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline IT processes and procedures.
