The State of Oregon is looking for an experienced and motivated Dam Safety Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Dam Safety Program, ensuring the safety and reliability of Oregon’s dams.To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a minimum of five years of professional experience in civil engineering and/or dam safety engineering, and experience with the design and safety evaluation of dams. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, government agencies, and the public.We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is eager to help ensure the safety of Oregon’s dams and provide excellent customer service to the public.
