- Ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained throughout the duration of the project.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction project management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve project processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Construction Industry.
Knowledge Of State And Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Permitting Processes.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders.
Pmp Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications Preferred.
