  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects throughout the state of Oregon.
  2. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time.
  3. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  4. Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials.
  5. Communicate project progress, updates, and any potential issues to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  7. Coordinate and manage all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues.
  9. Ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained throughout the duration of the project.
  10. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
  11. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
  12. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction project management.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve project processes and procedures.
  16. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  17. Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Construction Industry.

  • Knowledge Of State And Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Permitting Processes.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders.

  • Pmp Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications Preferred.
