Responsibilities: • Oversee a variety of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project management • Ensure all construction projects meet high standards of safety and quality • Monitor construction progress and ensure it is completed on time and within budget • Identify potential problems and develop solutions • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other vendors • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to • Perform other related duties as assigned.
