  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the organization.
