Job Description

At the State of Oregon, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Outreach Coordinator to provide support to our compliance and outreach programs. In this role, you will ensure that our organization meets all regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance and outreach programs and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.The successful candidate will have experience in program management, strong communication skills, and an ability to maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement outreach programs to promote the state’s compliance objectives.
  4. Manage program activities and resources to ensure that goals are achieved.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations to share program progress and results with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Research and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of program initiatives.
  9. Develop training materials and conduct trainings for staff and external stakeholders.
  10. Manage administrative tasks related to the program, such as budgeting, tracking expenses, and preparing documents.
