Master's Degree In Behavioral Health Or Related Field, With A Focus On Mental Health Counseling Or Psychology.
State Licensure As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft).
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Providing Behavioral Health Services, Preferably In A Government Or Community Agency Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Individuals, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams.
