  2. Develop treatment plans: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
  3. Provide counseling: Offer individual and group counseling and therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  4. Monitor progress: Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure they are receiving the most effective care.
  5. Educate and support: Educate individuals and their families about mental health and substance abuse issues, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
  7. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  8. Stay current on best practices: Stay up to date on the latest research, best practices, and trends in the field of behavioral health to ensure clients are receiving the most effective and evidence-based care.
  9. Advocate for clients: Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and needs are respected and addressed throughout their treatment.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: Adhere to all confidentiality laws and regulations when handling sensitive client information.
  11. Participate in trainings and meetings: Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings to continuously improve skills and stay informed about agency policies and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate cultural competency: Demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity in all interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  13. Maintain ethical standards: Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the agency, state, and professional organizations.
  14. Serve as a positive role model: Serve as a positive role model for clients and colleagues by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and effective communication skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably With Diverse Populations.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Or Licensed Psychologist (Lp).

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health And Substance Use Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams.
