  1. Provide administrative support to the office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining records and databases.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office by handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Individuals At All Levels.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Education Or Certification In Office Administration Or Related Field Preferred.
