Job Description

This position will provide services to developmentally disabled and/or mentally ill individuals in a residential, home-based and community settings. Duties may include but are not limited to; daily living skills, therapeutic activities, and personal healthcare such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, some light housekeeping and homemaking tasks. Incumbent will keep records of services performed as well as individual's served condition and progress.The key responsibilities for this position is to provide and mentor daily living skills while ensuring the health and safety of the individual served. Employee's in this position are required to provide these services in a 24/7 setting.
