  • Conduct thorough investigations of potential compliance violations within the organization
  • Audit internal processes to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
  • Identify and analyze potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary updates and changes to internal processes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations and audits
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance training for employees
  • Conduct interviews and gather evidence during investigations
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investigation findings and recommendations
  • Work closely with legal counsel to resolve compliance issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Represent the organization in external compliance audits and investigations
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Compliance, Audit, Or Investigative Work.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Auditing And Investigation.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
