  1. Develop and implement workforce development programs and initiatives that align with the state's goals and priorities.
  2. Collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to identify employment needs and barriers for diverse populations.
  3. Conduct research and data analysis to inform the development of effective workforce development strategies.
  4. Provide guidance and support to employers, job seekers, and other stakeholders on workforce development resources and opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and partnerships.

  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce development programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for workforce development programs and initiatives.
  9. Communicate and present information about workforce development programs and initiatives to stakeholders and the public.
  10. Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff and stakeholders on workforce development topics.
  11. Represent the state at meetings, conferences, and other events related to workforce development.
  12. Collaborate with other state agencies and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of workforce development efforts.
  13. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to workforce development.

Job Qualifications
