  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of state programs.
  2. Supervise a team of program administrators to ensure adherence to state policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate program efforts and resources.
  4. Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations that may impact state programs.

  15. Identify and resolve any program-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Administration Or Related Field, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Program Administration.

  • Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
