  1. Coordinate and manage the implementation of state programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.

  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success and effectiveness of state programs.

  6. Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability and compliance.

  9. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to state programs and ensure compliance.
  10. Provide support and guidance to program staff, including training and performance evaluation.
  11. Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the state at conferences, workshops, and other events related to state programs.
  13. Uphold the values and mission of the organization and promote a positive image of the state.
  14. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Program Administration.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Political Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Coordination, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities, With The Capability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
