- Provide support and guidance to program staff, including training and performance evaluation.
- Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the state at conferences, workshops, and other events related to state programs.
- Uphold the values and mission of the organization and promote a positive image of the state.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Program Administration.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Political Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Coordination, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multiple Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities, With The Capability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
