  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient retirement planning process for employees.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of employee retirement plans and interactions.
  8. Address any concerns or questions employees may have regarding their retirement plans.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve retirement planning services to meet the evolving needs of employees.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards while providing retirement planning services.
  11. Foster a positive and supportive environment for employees to discuss their retirement plans.
  12. Represent the State of Minnesota in a professional and knowledgeable manner when interacting with employees and community members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Keep detailed and accurate records of retirement planning services and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Counseling Or Social Services, Preferably In Retirement Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Empathize And Build Rapport With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Retirement Planning And Benefits.
