Job Description

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure high-quality standards are met for all products and services.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  3. Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Monitor and track vendor performance and provide feedback to vendors to improve overall quality.
  6. Develop and maintain vendor quality metrics and report on performance to upper management.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and standards related to quality assurance and vendor management.
  8. Communicate quality standards and expectations to vendors and internal teams.
  9. Work closely with procurement and legal teams to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  10. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance principles and processes.
  11. Create and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and vendor management processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement process improvements.
  14. Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and provide feedback to upper management.
  15. Monitor and manage budget for vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And Vendor Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Procurement And Contract Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Experience With Project Management And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
