- Support the implementation and administration of various mental health programs and services.
- Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in program development and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for mental health professionals.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding program information and updates.
- Assist in the development and distribution of educational materials and resources.
- Monitor program budget and expenses.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for program improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between the program and external organizations or agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on current mental health trends and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
- Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide support and assistance to clients in navigating mental health services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the program manager.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting.
Knowledge Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Options.
Ability To Handle Confidential Information And Maintain Ethical Standards.
