  1. Manage Medicare enrollment process: The Medicare Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire enrollment process for eligible individuals, from initial application to final enrollment.
  2. Educate and assist individuals: The Coordinator will be responsible for educating individuals about the Medicare program, eligibility requirements, and assisting them in completing necessary enrollment forms.
  3. Coordinate with government agencies: The Coordinator will work closely with government agencies to ensure timely and accurate enrollment of eligible individuals into the Medicare program.
  4. Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the Coordinator to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrolled individuals, as well as any changes or updates to their enrollment status.
  5. Monitor enrollment trends: The Coordinator will monitor enrollment trends and identify any potential issues or barriers to enrollment, and work to address them in a timely manner.
  6. Provide excellent customer service: The Coordinator will be the main point of contact for individuals seeking information or assistance with Medicare enrollment, and will be responsible for providing prompt and helpful customer service.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers: The Coordinator will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that their patients are enrolled in the Medicare program and receiving the necessary care.
  8. Stay updated on Medicare policies and regulations: It will be the responsibility of the Coordinator to stay updated on any changes or updates to Medicare policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: In the event of any issues or concerns with the enrollment process, the Coordinator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving them promptly and effectively.
  10. Uphold confidentiality: The Coordinator will handle sensitive information and must maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the job, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Medicare Enrollment Or Related Healthcare Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Medicare Enrollment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Population.
