  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for patients in accordance with state and federal regulations

  • Respond to requests for medical records from healthcare providers and other authorized individuals
  • Review and audit medical records for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain electronic medical records systems and troubleshoot any technical issues

  • Communicate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely record keeping
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families regarding medical record requests

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to improve record keeping processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Medical Records Tech 1 Or Equivalent Position In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Other Medical Record Software.
