  1. Oversee the entire grant application and award process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing grants in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and support to grant recipients throughout the application and award process.
  4. Review grant proposals and budgets to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and track grant expenditures to ensure compliance with budget restrictions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to identify and secure potential funding opportunities.
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all grant activities and transactions.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure grant funds are being used appropriately and in accordance with regulations.
  9. Develop and deliver trainings on grants management for internal staff and external partners.
  10. Stay current on changes to state and federal regulations related to grants administration and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  11. Manage a team of grants administrators and provide mentorship and support to ensure high-quality work.
  12. Prepare reports and presentations on grant activities and outcomes for upper management and external stakeholders.
  13. Identify areas for improvement in the grant management process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Foster positive relationships with grant recipients and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and successful outcomes.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive grant information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Or Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Business Administration, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Grants Administration, Preferably In A Government Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Grant Funding, Compliance, And Reporting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Grants And Budgets Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Grant Funders And Program Staff.
