- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents of the State of Minnesota.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and assess resident's health status, report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident's medical history, treatments, and progress.
- Educate residents and their families on healthcare needs, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines for nursing practice.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
- Serve as an advocate for residents and their healthcare needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with residents and their families.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices and procedures to provide the highest quality of care.
- Uphold the values and mission of the State of Minnesota in all aspects of the job.
- Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
Current Lpn License Issued By The State Of Minnesota Board Of Nursing.
Minimum Of One Year Experience Working As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting.
Current Cpr Certification.
Completion Of An Accredited Lpn Program.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nursing Practice.
