  1. Provide administrative support to the legal team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing legal documents.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and records.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
  4. Conduct legal research and gather necessary information for cases.
  5. Prepare and file legal documents with various courts and agencies.
  6. Assist with the preparation and organization of trial materials.
  7. Coordinate and schedule depositions, witness interviews, and other legal proceedings.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the legal team's work.
  11. Collaborate with other legal assistants and support staff to ensure efficient workflows and processes.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in a timely manner.
  13. Take initiative to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
  15. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.
  17. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the legal team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Legal Office Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Procedures, And Documents.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Legal Case Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Staff Members.
