- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant registration.
- Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all training activities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training programs and participants.
- Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to supplement internal training efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.
- Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and senior leadership to address training needs and provide recommendations for professional development.
- Proactively identify and address any barriers or challenges to employee learning and development.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Facilitate Training Sessions And Work With Diverse Groups Of Employees.
Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
