- Oversee the evaluation of social service programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement evaluation plans and methodologies for assessing program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead a team of evaluators and provide guidance and direction in their work.
- Conduct research and data analysis to gather evidence and make informed evaluations.
- Review and analyze program data, reports, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers and staff to identify program goals and objectives and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and government officials.
- Monitor program implementation and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on state and federal regulations related to social service programs and ensure program compliance.
- Participate in meetings and trainings to share findings and best practices with other evaluators.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluation processes and findings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for program evaluation and compliance.
