  1. Develop and implement effective conflict management strategies and initiatives within the organization.
  2. Facilitate communication and promote positive dialogue between individuals or groups experiencing conflict.
  3. Utilize principles of mediation to help parties involved in conflicts reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
  4. Conduct conflict resolution training and workshops for staff members to promote a culture of effective communication and conflict resolution.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify potential sources of conflict and address them proactively.
  6. Act as a neutral third party to mediate and facilitate resolution in complex or sensitive conflicts.
  7. Document and track conflict management cases for analysis and improvement of conflict resolution processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in conflict management to continuously improve the organization's conflict resolution processes.
  9. Provide support and guidance to managers and supervisors in managing conflicts within their teams.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality while handling sensitive and confidential information related to conflict management cases.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting the value of conflict resolution and effective communication.
  12. Collaborate with external stakeholders and resources to enhance the organization's conflict management processes.
  13. Communicate with leadership to provide regular updates on conflict management efforts and outcomes.
  14. Act as a liaison between parties involved in conflicts to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's Integrated Conflict Management System to promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilitating Conflict Resolution And Mediation Processes.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws Related To Conflict Resolution And Human Resources.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Certification In Conflict Resolution And/Or Mediation From A Recognized Organization, Such As The International Mediation Institute Or The Association For Conflict Resolution.
