
Human Resources Supervisor

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the organization, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR matters, including performance evaluations, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including onboarding for new employees and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll data.
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to HR policies, procedures, or benefits.
- Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and update policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among employees.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent and increase brand awareness.
- Participate in budget planning and manage HR-related expenses to ensure responsible and efficient use of resources.
- Uphold the mission and values of the organization and serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With 1-2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Managing Employee Relations And Performance Management Processes.
