- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement cleaning and sanitization procedures in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure all areas of the facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas of improvement or concern.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize cleaning needs.
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and procedures for the housekeeping team.
- Monitor and track budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations.
- Respond to and resolve any guest or employee complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness.

- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff members.
- Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Previous Supervisory Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Housekeeping Or Hospitality Industry. This Includes Managing A Team Of Staff, Scheduling And Training Employees, And Ensuring High Standards Of Cleanliness Are Maintained.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Housekeeping Supervisor, It Is Important To Effectively Communicate With Both Staff And Upper Management. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions And Feedback, As Well As Addressing Any Issues Or Concerns In A Timely And Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Housekeeping Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Proper Cleaning Techniques, Safety Protocols, And Osha Guidelines.
