Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Public Health.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Health Insurance Regulations And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Insurance Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Handle Complex Insurance Issues And Make Informed Decisions.
