  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for state health care programs.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health care programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to health care program quality.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with health care providers to enhance program quality.
  8. Provide guidance and support to program staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  9. Develop and deliver trainings and informational materials on program quality to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to health care program quality.
  11. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.
  12. Communicate program quality goals, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure coordination and alignment of quality improvement efforts.
  14. Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health care programs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate in the area of health care program quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Program Management Or Quality Improvement.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Programs, Such As Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
