- Develop and implement strategies to bridge the gap between education and employment in Minnesota.
- Work with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to build strong partnerships and collaborations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Governor's vision for workforce development.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify workforce development needs and trends in Minnesota.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and innovative approaches to improve workforce development efforts.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training workshops to educate stakeholders on workforce development strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce development programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with state and local agencies to leverage resources and funding for workforce development programs.
- Represent the Governor's Workforce Development Board at meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to workforce development.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on partnerships, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to workforce development.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance workforce development efforts in Minnesota.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for inquiries related to workforce development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Development, Partnership Coordination, Or Project Management.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Workforce Development Policies And Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
