Job Description

  1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and organized environment in all areas of the facility.
  2. Ensure all restrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  3. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  4. Use designated cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe, efficient, and proper manner.
  5. Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
  6. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and report any shortages or malfunctions.
  7. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events or meetings as needed.
  8. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing loose fixtures.
  9. Adhere to established schedules and timelines to complete all assigned tasks within the designated shift.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards all employees and visitors.
  12. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sanitation.
  14. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Typically Required For A General Maintenance Worker/Housekeeping Role In The State Of Minnesota.

  • Previous Maintenance Or Housekeeping Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Or Housekeeping, Preferably In A Commercial Or Institutional Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including The Safe Handling Of Cleaning Chemicals And Equipment.
