  1. Oversee the production of high-quality food products in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
  4. Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and inventory, to ensure seamless production processes.

  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food production techniques.
  13. Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
  14. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  15. Collaborate with management to develop and implement production goals and objectives.

  17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  18. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall production performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Food Production Or Manufacturing, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Proficient Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Inventory Control And Production Planning.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
