  1. Provide technical support to employees across the state of Minnesota.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
  3. Communicate effectively with users to gather relevant information and provide timely solutions.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient and effective solutions.
  6. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of reported issues.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  8. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to continuously improve support services.
  9. Adhere to established processes and procedures for technical support and service desk operations.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and training materials.
  11. Participate in team projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining support processes.
  13. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional technical issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
