  1. Assist individuals with disabilities in identifying and pursuing meaningful employment opportunities through work therapy programs.
  2. Provide guidance, resources, and support to individuals in work therapy programs, helping them develop necessary skills and confidence to succeed in the workforce.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for each program participant based on their needs and goals.
  4. Conduct assessments to determine the strengths and abilities of program participants and make recommendations for suitable employment opportunities.
  5. Educate individuals on the benefits of work therapy and its role in their overall treatment and rehabilitation.
  6. Connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and build rapport to establish a trusting and supportive relationship.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current work therapy practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  8. Monitor progress of program participants and provide regular updates to team members and supervisors.
  9. Collaborate with community organizations and employers to identify potential employment opportunities for program participants.
  10. Maintain accurate and confidential records of program participant progress, assessments, and other relevant information.
  11. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the employment of individuals with disabilities.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
  13. Attend team meetings and participate in case conferences to discuss and develop strategies for program participants.
  14. Act as an advocate for individuals with disabilities and work towards removing barriers to employment.
  15. Comply with all policies and procedures of the organization and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Rehabilitation Or Employment Services Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Employment Services And Disability Accommodations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Clients And Employers.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Caseload And Meet Deadlines.
