- Utilize various learning management systems and instructional design software to create and deliver courses
- Ensure all courses meet accessibility and compliance standards
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing courses
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of courses through feedback and data analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Elearning Design And Development
Proficiency In Elearning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Or Camtasia
Familiarity With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Scorm Compliance
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Independently As Well As In A Team Environment.
