  1. Provide expert financial guidance and support to schools and districts applying for the Capital Projects Fund Grant Program.
  2. Review and analyze grant applications, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
  3. Conduct thorough financial reviews of grant applicants, including budget and expenditure analysis.
  4. Collaborate with school leaders and district administrators to develop and refine budgets for proposed projects.
  5. Help schools and districts identify potential funding sources and develop strategies to maximize grant funding.
  6. Monitor grant project budgets and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure responsible use of funds.
  7. Communicate with grant recipients regarding financial requirements, deadlines, and reporting.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in education finance laws, regulations, and policies.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for schools and districts on financial management and reporting.
  10. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide expertise and support for the Capital Projects Fund Grant Program.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the grant program.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to grant applications and awards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Education Finance Or Grant Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Capital Projects Funding And Grant Programs, Particularly In The Education Sector.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Financial Strategies.
