  1. Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the state's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and community members, to identify and address educational needs and challenges.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to inform and support the development of educational programs and initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain a budget for educational initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  5. Train and supervise education staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the state government and educational institutions, fostering positive relationships and promoting collaboration.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current educational trends, research, and best practices to inform program development and implementation.
  9. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and community members, to promote awareness and support for educational programs and initiatives.
  10. Represent the state at conferences, events, and meetings to share information about educational programs and initiatives.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to educational programs and initiatives.
  12. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to education.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and innovate educational programs and initiatives to better serve the needs of Minnesota residents.
  14. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Curriculum And Instruction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Education Administration Or Coordination, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Education Policies And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Educators, Stakeholders, And Community Members.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Planning, And Implementing Educational Programs And Initiatives.
