  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the dental clinic programs in alignment with the goals and objectives of the State of Minnesota's public health department.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic programs, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  3. Manage a team of dental professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify and address oral health needs in the community.
  5. Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
  7. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to dental clinic programs.
  8. Serve as a key liaison between the dental clinic programs and other departments within the State of Minnesota's public health department.
  9. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in oral health and incorporate them into program development and management.
  10. Represent the dental clinic programs at meetings, conferences, and events to promote awareness and support for the programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Dental Clinic Operations, Including Scheduling, Billing, And Compliance With State And Federal Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Understanding Of Budgeting And Financial Management, With Experience In Managing Program Budgets And Ensuring Cost-Effectiveness.
