- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to inform and support policy decisions and initiatives for the agency.
- Translate technical data into easily understandable insights and recommendations for stakeholders and decision makers.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify key data needs and gather relevant information.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data.
- Monitor policy trends and changes in relevant areas to inform future policy development.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate data findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in data analysis and policy development.
- Work closely with agency leadership to develop and implement data-driven policies and initiatives.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Contribute to the development of agency policies and procedures related to data analysis and policy development.
- Provide training and support to staff on data analysis and policy development techniques.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to gather and analyze data for policy development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data analysis activities and findings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for policy changes.
- Communicate complex data and policy concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all data analysis and policy development activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Policy, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Government Or Public Policy Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Policies And Regulations Related To The Specific Agency's Mission And Objectives.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Stakeholders.
